We cover all areas in Cumbria and Lancashire.
Our studio is based in Kendal so most of our projects are dotted around the North West. However, subject to availability and if we both feel like we are the right fit for you we are more than happy to take on projects further afield. If you are interested in chatting to us about a UK based or international project, please feel free to enquire!

How it works

1. Initial Consultation
Every project starts with a phone call discussing your project and how you think we can help you. Following this call, you will receive details on the next steps and a client questionnaire which gathers more information about you and your space.

2. Site Survey
The next stage is a Design Consultation at the space you wish to be designed. Here we will discuss in detail what you would like to achieve within the space and have a first look at colours and textures. After this, a design report and agreement will be sent out to you.

3. Concept
You will receive a concept pack, designed for your space. The concept will capture ideas and images of how the space will look and feel when complete. This feature will be presented to you virtually on a video call.

4. Design
This stage includes all design work, visualisations, and presentations of samples and major decisions. Each design has one revision included.

5. Installation
We take care of sourcing and purchasing the items required. The decoration and any bespoke items are prepared and installed (e.g. built-in furniture). We work with a trusted trade team, who can install the design for you, (extra charges apply).

6. Styling
Once everything is installed, we style and photograph the space to ensure everything is perfect for you, (extra charges apply).
Our Prices
All fees are based on the scope of work per room, with fixed costs for the described deliverables. Any additional services will be agreed upon and charged accordingly.
Construction, interior decorating and trade costs are not included in our prices.

Procurement: 15% + £65 per hour
Construction: 15% (2 visits included.

How much does an interior designer cost?
Pricing depends on the scope of work. We offer tailored packages to suit your needs. Our consultation fee is £260.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Some of our services can be done virtually. The initial consultation will be held over the phone to discuss your needs and plans. We meet with you at your space to refine your plans. We have a virtual video call with you during the development stage before moving on to the design stage.
How long does a project take?
Timelines vary based on project size. We can discuss this in our initial consultation.
Can I use my existing furniture?
Absolutely! We work with your current pieces while incorporating new elements.
Do I need to know what style I want before the consultation?
No, you don't! That's why we are here to help. Let us know if you have seen something you like from our portfolio and we can consider this when discussing your plans. The experience will be exciting, fun and immensely satisfying.
Are you insured?
Yes - all necessary professional indemnity and public liability insurances are in place to let me confidently design and style your home.
Do you have access to trade discounts?
We do! We offer a 100% share of our trade discounts to clients that purchase paint, fabric, wallpaper or large furniture items through us, if these are selected from one of our (many) trade partners. To do this, you place the order through us (full upfront payment for goods & delivery required). However, we do charge 10% for procurement.
What if I don't like the design you create for me?
We prioritise understanding your needs and maintaining clear communication throughout the design process. With the full-room design package, we also offer a complimentary round of revisions (up to one hour) to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our goal is to make sure you are delighted with the final result, as your happiness is my top priority
