I'm Abigail, the Creative Director and founder of Ben the Hoose Interiors.
At Ben the Hoose we design thoughtful, colour-led homes for time-poor professionals and clients approaching retirement who are renovating their forever home and want it to feel right for the long term.
My work is rooted in a deep understanding of colour, space and how a home should support the people living in it. Every project begins by uncovering your colour personality, giving clarity to decisions and removing the overwhelm that often comes with renovation.
Clients come to me because they want a home that feels personal, calm and considered without having to manage countless choices or chase fleeting trends. I guide the process from concept to completion, ensuring each space is a true reflection of you and the life you want to live in it.

"I found the colour consultation with Abigail fundamental to developing a clear idea of what wanted to achieve, and even 18 months after the consultation some key principles stick in my mind and stop me going off track. The consultation starts with a questionnaire followed by a detailed discussion about how to translate your aspirations, combine new and existing colours (and features like furniture and paintings), and reconcile differing tastes amongst household members."
